Horyzont is a team that likes and can work together. People working for us and with us are competent, committed and do their job with a passion. Teachers, project coordinators, methodologists, coaches and the entire legal and financial team take care of our clients and will answer all your questions.
Teachers who cooperate with us are highly qualified, have teaching experience and enthusiasm, with which they infect their students. Teachers leading specialist courses, in addition to linguistic skills, passed relevant courses or studies in fields they teach.
Facilitators who run specialized courses are specialists in their field, having the necessary theoretical preparation and practical experience in the business world.
We all have experience in running and managing projects, we take care of our clients to the highest standards, we are flexible, open to the needs and suggestions of our clients and organizations with whom we work.

Cooperation with our clients is based on needs analysis motivation and preferred ways of learning by:
• questionnaires/interviews with employees
• meetings with key people in the company
• creating a specific offer for individuals and groups
• selecting individuals for individual lessons and/or group lessons
• development and implementation of information management and motivation in order to most effectively and quickly lead to the
acceptance of change
• project implementation, monitoring and reporting in line with customer expectations
• development and implementation of a recovery plan – if necessary
• methodological supervision
We work with companies that continue to evolve – we’ve trained many companies with the Ministry of Labour. We support women who are small business owners as well as those who have lost and are looking for a job. We’ve worked with socially excluded individuals.
